Model Details: BS Max Therm Thermic Fluid Heater Five Pass (MXT Serious)\\n \\nNextMXT Series with 5 Pass Thermic Fluid Heater Model is designed to cater the heat requirement of the Process Industries for consistent temperature with Fuel Efficiency.\\nRotary Value with Geared Motor for ash removal makes MXT an ideal and attractive choice to the industries such as Textiles, Edible, Oil Plants, Laminates, Plywood Foods etc.\\nThe MXT TFH System is a forced circulation, Semi Automatic Thermic Fluid Heater. The Thermic Fluid is circulated in a closed loop through heater and user equipment where the heat is dissipated through process. The same Thermic Fluid is re-circulated through heater for reheating. The separate expansion and de aerator tanks ensure a pressure less and vapor free system. The Thermic Fluid Heater gives high temperature &advisable up-to 250°C using Thermic Fluids at near atmospheric pressure as compared to steam heating which requires 8-14 Kg / cm² pressure. Thus expensive high pressure pipelines and fittings condensate return system is eliminated.\\n \\nRadiant Heater Exchange\\n \\n2 Sets of Multi-start helical tube Coil manufactured from Boiler tubes BS: 3059 of adequate thickness ensuring longer Life of heater. Heavy duty M.S. Shell with adequate insulation & cladding peeks the heat loss at minimum. Connection Duct: between two heat exchanger is provided & not require any refractory due to lower flue gas temperature passing to Convective Coil unit.\\n \\nConvective Heater Exchange \\n2 sets of Multi-Start helical tube coils ensure two passes of flue gas, heavy duty M.S. shell with adequate insulation & cladding keeps heat losses to minimum. Dust collection by Rotary Value provide at bottom which can be easily opened by hinge for heater cleaning.\\n \\nThe External Furnace\\n \\n \\n• MXT –BSTFH – Introduce larger combustion chamber volume and larger great area with special Type Fire Bars used for high bed pressure by FD Fan for maximum combustion efficiency & Fuel flexibility.\\n• Combustion of High-Pressure FD Fan & ID Fan with high capacity Air-Pre-Heater ensures complete combustion of low grade fules through specialized type Furnace Bed.\\n• Furnace with heavy duty steel structure & casing lined with high quality fire & Insulation bricks and Baffle Wall ensure longer Furnace and Radiant Coil Life.
