Water meters are manufactured for the purpose of monitoring large flows of water for water system management and commercial billing purposes. We can offer helical vane meters with pulse outputs for operation with various auxiliary equipment. Different body lengths and material types are available to meet all requirements.   Combination meters are manufactured for installations where wide variation in flow can be expected, such as in hospitals, schools, offices and other places where both low and high flows can occur. We are offering thermowell. Description each thermowell is an important component of any temperature measurement point. It is used to separate the process from the surrounding area, thus protecting the environment and operating personnel and keeps aggressive media, high pressures and flow rates from the temperature sensor itself and thereby enables the thermometer to be exchanged during operation. Based on the almost limitless application possibilities, there are a large number of variants, such as thermowell designs or materials. The type of process connection and the basic method of manufacture are important design differentiation criteria. A basic differentiation can be made between threaded and weld-in thermowells, and those with flange connections. Furthermore, one can differentiate between fabricated and solid-machined thermowells. Fabricated thermowells are constructed from a tube, that is closed at the tip by a welded solid tip. Solid-machined thermowells are manufactured from barstock. Due to the heavy-duty design, these international design thermowells are the first choice for use the chemical and petrochemical industries and in plant construction.

Diaphragm sealed gauge commonly known as “chemical seal” gauge are designed and recommended to isolate the measuring system of a pressure gauge from corrosive, pasty or dangerous fluid depending on the viceosity, pressure, temperature, solidification of a particular process medium. The diaphragm seal has been filled under vacuum with the transmitting liquid, the pressure gauge/diaphragm seal assembly must never be dismantled. A carefully designed corrogated diaphragm is used to achieve maximum flexibility and linearity with sufficient stroke to provide the displacement needed to produce full deflection of the sensing element. The diaphragm is argon arc welded to the top chamber to ensure a perfect selling “No LEAK”. In some cases the diaphragm is coated OR lined with a second membrane (teflon). The welded construction facilitates removal of the gauge for repair/service without process shut down. The displacement of the diaphragm is transmitted to the bourdon sensing element, through solidly filled liquid having low cubical expansion with greater temperature stability. The gauge indicator is either directly fitted with the sealed chamber OR by means of capillary tube, thus permitting easier mounting OR the remote reading of the pressure. These Gauges are recommended where fluid is highly corrosive, contaminated, viscous or liable to crystallize inside measuring system. The gauge above the diaphragm seal is filled with silicon oil that transmits the pressure acting on the diaphragm to bourdon tube Diaphragm is welded to the upper part of sealed unit and therefore it is possible to seperate the upper and lower parts to clean the diaphragm without removing the gauge. Indfos pressure switch type PS/PSU is a triple pole device, meant to regulate pressure in small air compressors and water pressurization plants. These switches cut off a 3-phase power supply when the pressure rises to a preset value and cuts in the power supply when the pressure falls to another predetermined value. Oil Meters are accurate, reliable and economical way of obtaining all the  information a user needs to control oil consumption in Generators, Boilers and to measure exact oil receipts. Wherever oil is received, stored and used,Oil Meters measure, totalise and records flows precisely. oil meters can be installed in the pipeline and would totalise the flow of oil flowing through the line.   SELECTION The size of the Kent Oil Meters for an application should be based on maximum oil flow rate in the pipeline, the pipeline size and pressure available at meter point. For unloading of oils under gravity head we recommend use of 80mm size meters. Optionally 50mm meter can also be used. For unloading petroleum products by pump, install a50mm/ 80mm oil meter. For recording draw offs from storage tanks use 40mm, 50mm or 80mm size meter based on the maximum oil flow rate in the line. For monitoring oil consumption, use 15mm, 20mm or 25 mm size kent oil meters based on maximum oil flow rate and the head available. If flowrate is small and the pipeline size is big then reducers should be used. INSTALLATION Oil Meters are supplied either with screwed ends or flanged ends. For 15mm, 20mm and 25mm size Kent oil Meters, screwed as well as flanged ends are available. The 40mm, 50mm and 80mm size meters are flanged only. Drillings are as per DIN ND10 specifications. optionally other drillings are also available. To remove particulate contamination from oil stream a strainer of not less than 100 mesh should be fitted up stream of the meter. Before the meter and filter are fitted, pipelines must be flushed thoroughly. To simplify subsequent servicing it is recommended that each meter and its associated filter are installed with a bypass. Use of air release system is also essential while unloading petroleum products through a pump. This ensures removal of air from the oil stream which may otherwise cause metering error.
