This press has the proven Magicure UV-OMC curing system that cures printed containers on their mandrels prior to ejection. A number of optional features allows this press to be configured for enhanced operational features and requirements. The Signature Series option for this press gives it full automation from stack in-feed to re-stacking of printed containers.

The Hyden M-8350M is the most advanced Dry Offset press offered for the decoration of disposable plastics containers. This press has been designed for offering a vivid decoration on the containers and has features that allow high quality vignettes and half-tones to be printed on disposable containers.The press features water-cooled rollers to maintain ink viscosity. Dual form rollers deliver ink precisely to the printing plates. Precise adjustment of the form roller and plate cylinder contact pressures makes it possible to set-up the press for fine results. The ink flow can be adjusted precisely through the machine control and the ink ducts are equipped with automatic agitation systems for precise ink delivery.

Thermoforming machines that manufacture disposable plastics containers often do not have automated online stacking of the formed containers. The UST-100 Cup Stacker is a perfect companion for such machines. The UST-100 locates in front of the Thermoforming machine and cups that are ejected after forming fall directly into the UST-100 which conveys them and generates vertical stacks. The UST-100 therefore eliminates the tedious task of manually stacking formed containers produced in high volumes and thereby also offers a neater and hygienic production environment along with higher profitability in the manufacturing operation. The UST-100 transports cups from the Thermoformer to the stacking station through Servo-driven palettes which can be easily and quickly changed for different product sizes.
