DOL starters are basic electrical starters with contactors and relay for ONOFF operation and overload protection of the pump set. Over and above the ONOFF operation and overload protection features equipped in Controllers, it also provides additional features like Auto ON, indications of Supply ONOFF and Pump ONOFF, reading of real time voltage & current of pump with unique Dual analog meter. Single phasing protection relay (SPPR) inside Controller unit provides the advanced protection features viz. single-phasing prevention, phase-reversal protection, phase-unbalance protection, variable time-delay adjustment for delayed operation of pump set.

Relay contacts could be typically used to actuate remote alarms, increase ventilation, shut off gas supply, or shut down a process. Should it not be feasible to install the sensor at the desired location because of maintenance, or operational consideration, a suction based sampling system can be employed. The Sensors Detectors are of very sturdy construction, with weather proof or ex-proof housings and are designed to serve for several years under normal Operating Conditions.

Lever Limit Switches are used for Heavy duty E.O.T. Cranes, Hoists to prevent over Travel of hoisting motion on power and control circuit up to 500 V and 40 Amps. continuous current. The limit switch normally remains closed and cuts off power to stop the motor of the crane. The Lever limit switch operates when it reaches a Predetermined position when the lever is moved over a projecting member fixed on the girder.

Enclosures for head mount temperature transmitter are available with 5 and 6 poles and color combination of these enclosures is grey and blue. Top plate and enclosure is molded in ABS plastic. Poles are copper +  nickel + tin plated and made from brass sheet. Screws are made from mild steel and nickle plated. Diameter of enclosure is 44.50mm and Height is  24.50mm.
