Plug N Dike seals immediately and sticks to dirty, crumpled surfaces even with the fluid flowing out - No surface preparation is required. It is not a permanent seal as it will crack and dry out after a while. It will hold between 1-2 metres of head pressure. USE for : Punctured drums / Leaking pipelines / Vehicle accidents / Damaged fuel tankers   There are a number of factors and issues to consider when designing, resourcing and locating spill kits and response equipment. Selecting the right equipment for the appropriate risk response, the amount required for containment/clean-up and how it is to be stored and accessed, are just a few considerations to be addressed. There are also a range of products available to suit the type and risk, of fluid spilt and components can be altered to suit the particular situation. Determine which liquids may be spilt and then which type of absorbent you require. PRODUCT COMPOSITION:It is a fluid-applied, as a advanced acrylic elastomeric, designed to waterproof exterior vertical surfaces. It possesses outstanding adhesion to a wide variety of substrates. HOW IT WORKS: It cures the surface in two stage mode. First it deflects the ultraviolet light from the exposed surface because of which the sub surface is protected from further cross linking & retains the permanent elastomeric bond of the substrate. This eliminates the need for any new & separate application on the surface to repel dirt, mildew & pollution without sacrificing the flexibility of the substrate. It will act as a flexible breathing membrane allowing moisture & vapor to escape from the substrate or surface interior through the coating while remaining impervious to mass water penetration from the external side. It contains no plasticizers because of which the surface won’t harden or slump with age or changes in temperature.

It has an exceptional anti-graffiti effect with durable semi-glossy finish. It is fungi resistant with high wash ability. And it’s free of heavy metals like lead and chromium.

It is a Co-Polymer of tetrafluoro ethylene (TFE) with a perfluoroalkoxy monomer (PFA). PFA has better mechanical properties than PTFE or FEP. Chemical resistance is excellent similar to PTFE.
