    • KBG Electric Low Voltage Automatic Real Time Power Factor Controller Capacitor Panel using Low voltage sturdy KBG Electric capacitor with Thyristor or contactor as a switching devices, Inrush current limiting reactor or harmonics filter reactor. For optimum utilization of available power, the reactive power consumption should be reduced or nullified i.e. power factor should be unity, hence, most of the Power Distribution companies have policy to penalize the industrial and commercial consumers for not maintaining power factor above certain limit (generally above 0.90 value). However, due to reactive power drawn by capacitive or inductive load in the consumer premises the power factor is either lagging or leading, thus to maintain it within limit i.e. for compensating or supplying required KVAR, the capacitors (in case of lagging PF) or reactors ( in case of leading PF) are connected across the system. For stable load the fixed KVAR compensation is required, while for variable load the KVAR requirement also changes as per the load duration cycle, thus in such case the Automatic Power Factor Control Panel is installed.

Owing to the immense experience and a competent team of personnel, we are able to offerAutomatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) Panels. The offered range is developed utilizing high grade raw material, sourced from trustworthy vendors of the market. In addition to this, the offered range is applicable in hotels, hospitals, commercial complexes and railways. This range is widely appreciated for its durability, trouble free operations and superior performance. Which are severely inductive in nature, such as motors, large machines, air conditioners, drivers etc. Which results in a severely lagging power factor,This means loss and wastage of energy and heavy penalties by electricity boards. In case of fixed loads this can be taken care by manual switching of capacitors. Which are severely inductive in nature, such as motors, large machines, air conditioners, drivers etc. Which results in a severely lagging power factor,This means loss and wastage of energy and heavy penalties by electricity boards. In case of fixed loads this can be taken care by manual switching of capacitors. Advantages: Economical with faster payback periods. Ability to maintain a constant high power factor. Eliminates low power factor penalties levied by EB Reduces the KVA demand charges Improves efficiency of the system by reducing losses. Prevents leading power factor in the installation during low load conditions. Features: Designed with the concept of modularity which allows upgrading of KVAR rating as when required. Incomer MCCB for connection to the mains. Advanced microprocessor based relay used to ensure real time power factor correction in the installation Current limiting contractors specially designed for capacitor switch. MCB/HRC fuses for rack protection. Specifically designed, user friendly and dust & vermin proof modules. Flush mounted meters to indicate line voltage and current. Efficient performance trans air exhaust fan for cooling. Low loss single phase MPP capacitors housed in aluminum cans. Also low loss three phase APP capacitors housed in CRCA cans. Wide range of rating with standard devices for faster deliveries.
