RAJDEEP'S bag dump stations (also known as manual dumping stations) collect dust generated when dumping powder and bulk solids from bags, boxes, drums, and other containers, and return the material to the hopper. The system absolutely eliminates material waste, also protecting workers from dusting during material charging and preventing plant contamination. RAJDEEP's bag dump station have feature of a high-velocity vacuum fan that draws airborne dust away from the operator through two or four cartridge filters that are sized according to the application.
OPERATION:
To operate RAJDEEP's bag dump station, the hopper lid is opened, the vacuum fan is activated, and material is dumped through the hopper screen. RAJDEEP'S bag dump stations (also known as manual dumping stations) collect dust generated when dumping powder and bulk solids from bags, boxes, drums, and other containers, and return the material to the hopper. The system absolutely eliminates material waste, also protecting workers from dusting during material charging and preventing plant contamination. RAJDEEP's bag dump station have feature of a high-velocity vacuum fan that draws airborne dust away from the operator through two or four cartridge filters that are sized according to the application.
OPERATION:
To operate RAJDEEP's bag dump station, the hopper lid is opened, the vacuum fan is activated, and material is dumped through the hopper screen. The simple combination of air pressure and gravity allows powdered materials to flow like a fluid. Air slide are very efficient, quiet and no moving parts. AIR SLIDE are extremely cost effective and require very little maintenance The Air slide consists of a rectangular chamber separated by a permeable cloth. The chamber is inclined at a very slight angle (as low as 1.5 ). Pressured air is injected into the lower chamber which then permeates through the media and "fluidizes" the product. The product then behaves like a fluid and "flows" down the length of the chamber. The excess air is vented through a dust collector
