    • Description : NOKRUSTTM 90 is a VOC free fast drying rust converter formulated for treatment of lightly rusted or even correctly prepared metal parts and surfaces. NOKRUSTTM 90 helps neutralise and convert rust into a black protective film. The converted coat can be used as a finish coat or can be painted over as well. For, heavy protection paint the converted object with high rust resistance paint. NOKRUSTTM 90 is non-flammable and contains no hazardous solvents.    Features Helps eliminate sandblasting, heavy scraping and grinding. Excellent moisture resistance. Salt spray of primer – 700 hrs. Stops rust formation and converts existing rust into a black protective film. Non-flammable, hazardous solvent free. Can be painted over Can be applied on damp metal surfaces. Directions for useLiquid Remove dirt, grease, oil and other contaminants from the surface to be coated. Remove blistered, loose and heavy rust scale with the help of wire brush or scraper. Shake can well and pour the desired amount of liquid on the metal surface. Apply by brush or roller on the surface, apply a second coat if needed ( within 20 minutes) Allow 12 - 24 hours of cure time before painting. Aerosol Mask areas not requiring coating from overspray. Remove dirt, grease, oil and other contaminants from the surface to be coated. Remove blistered, loose and heavy rust scale with the help of wire brush or scraper. Shake can well. Hold can 15 cm – 30 cm from the surface and spray uniformly on the corroded area. Apply second coat if needed, within 15 minutes. Allow 12 - 24 hours of cure time before painting. To clean nozzle after use, hold can upside down, then press nozzle for a few seconds. Caution All Health and Safety equipment & gear should be worn.
