Apply a thin uniform layer of Super Ajanta  Blockfix''s 3-4 mm thick on the clean and level surface of masonry unit using proper trowel. Place the next course Of masonry units on the evenly laid jointing mortar bed in proper line and level. Each masonry unit shall be properly bedded and set in position by gently pressing with the handle of trowel After placing the first units apply Super Ajanta Blockfix''s of same thickness on both the side of the unit. Check for lines & levels. Inside face of the masonry unit shall be buttered with mortar before the next unit is laid and pressed against is especially in case of bricks. Clean the excess material, if any immediately continue the procedure tor the entire masonry work. Made of cement, graded sand and blended with polymers, it provides high strength and water retention properties even when in thickness of 2-3 mm layer. The substrate must be in SSD condition prior to application of mortar Mixing: BLOCKFIX may be thinned by adding a maximum of 25 to 28% clean water. Pour water in a clean container and then add BLOCKFIX until the mixture becomes slurry and plastic. Do not over mix. Leave the mix to slake for 5-10 min and re-mix before use. Mix only sufficient quantity of adhesive for immediate need.Application: Apply a uniform layer of 3-4mm on the clean surface. Lay the blocks on the level surface by joining the mortar bed. Embed each block by properly wiggling and gently pressing with the handle of a trowel. After placing the first unit, apply the mixture of same thickness on both sides ensuring it is level. Coverage: For 3mm thickness, block size (500mm x 200mm x 200 mm) 40 kg material required of volume 1m³ and surface area 5m². Packaging: BLOCKFIX is supplied in 40 Kg bag. Storage & Shelf-life: BLOCKFIX should be stored in a dry place for better results. It should be used within 24 months of its production. Health & Safety: BLOCKFIX is alkaline and should not come into contact with skin and eyes. Inhalation of dust during mixing should be avoided.Gloves, goggles and dust mask should be worn. If contact with skin occurs, it shall be washed with water. Splashes to eyes should be washed immediately with plenty of clean water and medical advice sought.
