Vermicelli (Seviyan) can be used for cooking several types of dishes anytime and not only for breakfast.Vermicelli is a variant of pasta- it is thinner and rounder. Used across many cultures, Vermicelli forms a major portion of breakfast meals. Vermicelli is less common than spaghetti and equal to in size of fedelini. Though Vermicelli has high fat content, it contains energy providing carbohydrates. Vermicelli also contains little bit of dietary fiber and excessive intake increases blood sugar levels sometimes.
