Ttfi is an emerging new generation engineering enterprises engaged in manufacturing of refactory fixing, anchors, brick plates and accessories for smelters, kilns and furnaces widely used in cement, steel, oil & gas, glass, paper and industries using high temperature services.
Ttfi was established in the year 2003 with all modern facilities for manufacturing sophisticated shaped and unshaped refractory anchors & other accessories catering to domestic & international market.
We have a team of dedicated & competent engineers & technologists who can tailor make the products as per customers need and has a very strong application and service team to ensure proper lining and optimization of performance.
We have executed structural, fabrication & mechanical jobs at our works for various valued customers. We also have the facility for machining of spare parts, special welding of gamma ray & ultrasonic test quality of s.s. & m.s. Materials by semi automatic welding machines.

refractory fibre & anchor systems are manufactured for all types of monolithic, ceramic fibre and brick refractory linings confirming that the exact grade of material, dimensions, spacing patterns and welding methods are selected for an anchorage system which is very necessary for retaining the refractory material and ensures the lining performance
fixing
generally refractory anchors to be 66% to 75% of the lining depth however the anchors should not extend closer than 25 mm to the lining surface. Anchor spacing depends on the type of material used, the operating conditions and the physical characteristics of the unit being lined. Generally the more severe the operating conditions the closer the anchors should be spaced and spacing should also alter according to the material density.

Continuous efforts are being made for improvement of materials technology and equipments to give best quality products at the most affordable prices. The quality assurance dept. Overseas all important quality functions and performs the following activities.
1. The system controls the quality of all incoming materials as per the raw material test certificate of the material. Randomly checking in each size for chemical and physical properties at government approved laboratory.
2. Suitable fixtures and templates are used to maintain dimensional accuracy necessary gauges and callipers are calibrated periodically to maintain their accuracy.
