Minivac SV Series Diaphragm Pumps are completely oil free & motor mounted.
These vacuum pumps are available in the range of 15 Lpm to 75 Lpm with a maximum vacuum of 27” Hg & pressure of 60 Psig. The choice of series & parallel connection in double-stage models gives selective advantage of flow & vacuum / pressure.
They are extremely light weighted due to die cast aluminum construction.
Can be offered with Tephlon coated or PP wetted parts for chemical resistant applications, chemical resistant models are supplied with flameproof electric motor.
Available with special diaphragm option (Tephlon coated, Viton etc.)
These are useful for various applications like Pollution control equipment’s, Laboratories, Flame photometer, plastic welding machines, agitation of chemicals, aeration, oil spray painting etc.
A small amount of fresh oil is continuously injected in the internals for lubrication and sealing by an independent force feed oil pump. This oil is discharged from the exhaust of the pump along with process vapors non condensables. Since fresh oil is continuously injected and contaminated oil is continuously discharged with the vapors, there is absolutely no drop in vacuum through out the process. This will result in lowered operating temperatures and substantially reduced batch durations. The oil consumption varies from 300 mlhour to 450 mlhour depending on the model capacity of the pump.
