The main assembly of the pump comprises of a dynamically balanced rotor with three or four specially treated fiber vanes which is mounted in a stator. When the rotor is made to rotate with the aid of the connected electric motor, these vanes move in & out of the slots by centrifugal force & slide against the walls of the stator pushing thereby the trapped air out of the stator & prompting the atmospheric air to gush in spontaneously to fill in the empty space. This continuous process happening at a high speed, gives rise to an unbreakable stream of Vacuum and Pressure. The oil circulation system is so designed that after providing lubrication to all the vital components of the pump, oil travels ahead without contaminating the air and gets automatically collected in its original chamber for re-circulation.

Stringent quality control in manufacture and assembly ensures consistency in Vacuum level and performance of the pumps. The pumps run silently and are fan cooled. Pumps are compact in size and can be easily integrated into original equipment. Oil from the exhaust is baffled and filtered to avoid oil spillage through the exhaust. A small amount of fresh oil is continuously injected in the internals for lubrication and sealing by an independent force feed oil pump. This oil is discharged from the exhaust of the pump along with process vapors non condensables. Since fresh oil is continuously injected and contaminated oil is continuously discharged with the vapors, there is absolutely no drop in vacuum through out the process. This will result in lowered operating temperatures and substantially reduced batch durations. The oil consumption varies from 300 mlhour to 450 mlhour depending on the model capacity of the pump.
