Applications the fab ultrafine classifier produces fine powders by separating a defined grain size from a fed turbulent air flow by creating a “virtual” mesh with a fast rotating classifier wheel. The suction force of the air stream normally produced by a ventilator forces the fine particles though that wheel into a filter where the particles are separated from the air stream.
