  Blowers are used for low pressures, generally, less than 3.447 KPa. Rangoli Fibre Reinforced Pvt. Ltd. [GRACE™] are manufacturing centrifugal type blower. The same is used for ventilating work, moving large volumes of air or gases through ducts, conveying material suspended in the gas stream, removing fumes etc. The amount of static pressure developed depends upon the ratio of the velocity of the air leaving the tip of the blades. Operating efficiency of fans ranges from 40 % to 70 %. The performance of the centrifugal fan varies with changes in conditions such as temperature, speed and density of the gas being handled. GRACE™ [RANGOLI] can design and manufacture Blowers with different volumetric capacities and negative pressures are offered. Blowers at the optimum RPM, including blade designs / angles which insures best efficiency and hence least power consumption with minimum maintenance. The Unique feature of FRP Molded impeller is that it is light in weight which minimizes the all usual blower's mechanical problems. A complete Fume Scrubbing System can be designed to handle a gas flow up to 50,000 m3/hr with power rating up to 100 h.p. A higher gas flow rate can also be designed. Impeller of the blower is dynamically balanced at 3000 r.p.m. The shaft design is EN-8 with FRP sleeve. The bearings used will be self aligned 'SKF' or 'FAG' or any other standard make. The electric motor will be of 'Crompton' or other equivalent make.

MICRO CLEAN Pocket type filters are, high dust holding capacity filters with long service life to provide an economic solution to high efficiency air filtration in commercial HVAC applications. MICRO CLEAN POCKET type filters are designed for use in air handling units and air conditioning systems which have separate prefilters or where multilayer type bag filters are not suitable.
