Process of operation
The bottles or containers to be filled are placed under the filling nozzles on the platform of the machine. The syringes operated by a motor fills the pre set volume of liquid in the bottles. A bottle guide is given to set the bottle exactly under the nozzle to prevent the spillage of the liquid. Below the syringes is a dosing block with hexagonal syringes to set the fill size.
