Unbalance vibratory motor with special tough design is us as drive for the vibrating machines. The applications are feeding, screening, discharging etcc. The vibration motors are available in 3000 , 2800, 1440 960 and 750 RPM. The special features includes sturdy frame with stiffing ribs, Body fabricated with high grade ductile iron, Extra large dia. of shaft to resist bending under high centrifugal force, fitted with heavy duty cylindrical roller bearings , specially varnished winding with terminal box to withstand tough operating conditions . Specially designed electrical parameters for cool operation conditions. Vibration motors are available from 0.25 HP to 7.5 HP in foot mounted design or flange mounted type. Vibration motors are widely used in Process plants , Glass , Food , Metal ,Coal power plant , Chemical , Ceramic , Iron and steel , Foundries , Packaging Industries etc .

Super finishing machine, The machines are equipped with 4 barrels spaced evenly on a heavy duty fixtures. As the fixture is rotated in one direction, the barrels rotate to the opposite direction effecting a 1:1 ratio. when the turret speed exceeds certain RPM the mass in the barrel is subjected to high compressive forces causing the work mass to slide to the furthest wall of the barrel. The energy created in this process produces finishes up to thirty(30) times faster than conventional methods such as tumbling barrels and vibratory mills The centrifugal barrel machine have enclosed urethane lined barrels mounted on a turret. As the turret rotates one direction the barrels rotate a given ratio in the opposite direction. The individual barrels are loaded with the media, parts to be processed, water and compounds. The action within the barrel is a compressive sliding action creating the maximum energy available today in mass finishing.

The dryer consists of the centrifugal baskets which rotates at high speed via motor , the wet components are loaded in to the baskets , due to the centrifugal action and heating effects the components became dry with in short time cycle .
