Oil baths :
we had developed latest designed oil bath, equipment suitable for round bottom flask & that meet your, high temperature test (up to 300ºc) oil baths :

light weight, compact in size, minimum space occupation with less consumption of oil, pid based digital temperature indicator cum controller.
Specification:
oil bath is specially designed with seamless stainless steel inner pot. Outer is made of stainless steel & gap between two wall filled with high heat resistive cera wool insulation, 96 density with 1200 c temperature resistivity.
Heaters :
heaters are designed as black heat heaters (not red hot), heaters are insulated with ceramic beads, fiberglass slewing & wounded on inner pot externally that avoids direct contact of oil & churning of oil, because of wounded externally equally heated oil & minimize consumption of power.
Temperature control :
temperature is controlled with electronic digital display temperature indicator cum controller, specially designed & developed pid card type microprocessor based controller, with feather touch key function & auto-tune facility is itself tune any desire temperature set by the user.
Maximum temperature range : 300 º c
resolution : 1ºc accuracy :+- 1ºc
sensor : pt – 100 rtd sensor
