The next process after cutting & creasing of the sheet is slotting & corner cutting. It is simultaneously done over the eccentric slotter machine. Slot dies are mounted on an eccentric causes them to move in an arc so that. the board is slotted in a shearing manner. The corner die is moved, likewise. The sheets are fed through the machine by hand. Due to its rugged construction it can take up a number of sheets in one stroke. The dies can be moved on the machine very easily & the slot depth can be adjusted bythe gauge provided along it. Two guides are provided on the feed table, to support the sheets at correct dimension and feeding.

The eccentric slotter machine that we offer is operated manually and is capable of slotting a number of sheets at one time. we have also provided the option to adjust the distance between the two slots, the slot depth and the side gauges. Moreover, this machine can slot and corner cut the corrugated board simultaneously. The machine is provided with three slotting & one corner cutting head and gauges are provided for accurate feeding of sheets.

Three slotting and one corner cutting die can be easily adjusted by gear rack mechanism. The upper dies move in an arc so that the board is slotted in a shearing manner. Two guides are provided on the feed table to support the sheets while cutting.  

Three slots and one corner cutting is done simultaniously on this machine. The distance between slotting and corner cutting heads are adjustable with gear and ....... mechanism provided with the machine. Two side gauges are provided for accurate feeding. Min. distance between two dies is 7" corner width is 3.5"
