It is due to our rich industry experience and expertise that we have been able to bring forward for our clients a wide range of Indentation Hardness Testers. Made in compliance with industry defined standards, these are widely used for rubberized coir cushioning for the indentation hardness measurement of foam, PU foam, rubberized coir and latex foam.The range is comprised of:
A shear beam type load cell on which the test specimen is kept
An indentor of the specified dimension mounted on self/ aligning ball bearing to press the test specimen
With its specified dimension it can adjust its inclination to match the top face of the test specimen.
A hand wheel (as well as by motor and gear box) and screw arrangement to manually move the indentor down
A strip scale to measure thickness and a digital indicator to measure the compression
The corresponding load is measured on the digital readout of the load cell.
