The concrete permeability apparatus comprises of a brass/ gunmetal cell of squares cross section mounted on a stand and a pressure chamber is connected to the cell through copper tubing and T-connector mounted on the stand with sleeve packed valve and rubber hose pipe with end connections. The cell assembly consists of one base plate, one metal funnel and one top plate, and a pressure tube is supplied to develop pressure in the chamber. The apparatus is supplied with a measuring cylinder 500cc to measure percolated quantity of water. Pressure can also be applied by a pressure air line or by a compressor.

Super Mixer (Spherical Bowl Mixer) is unlike conventional mixer-Muller for No-bake and silicate sand mixing. This Mixer consists mainly of a newly developed mixer Bowl. The mixer has a spherical construction with specially designed high-speed two action blades, which gives three-dimensional movement for thorough mixing of sand with silicate, organic binder or catalyst in any combination in just 15 to 18 sec. Models available for chemically bonded sand/silicate sand and dual capability. Complete mixing in short time and uses lesser amount ofbinders. If in your conventional mixer using 5% silicate, weensure you that at list 1% of silicate you can save in our mixer. Due to three-dimensional mixing at high speed, no unmixedsilicate balls are there. And cause of that you can get goodsurface finishing of casting and save fettling cost indirectly. Cleaning can be easily done since sand does not remaining inthe mixer bowl due to bottom discharge. Compactly designed, molding sand can be accuratelysupplied at any time without waste, due to lower batchcapacity 15 kg to 30 kg. It is not possible in conventional mixer. Weighing and mixing of material are automatically controlledfor rationalization of work. Due to automation only one switchoperation is there, so only one person or molder can operatemixer whenever needed. Result of this process leads to manpower saving. Although it is of small sized model; its capacity is comparableto large sized mixer when operated continuously. Breakdown is minimized and maintenance is easy due toSturdy and compact design.
