No, need to change the unit, if you switch over to another type of pump/motor in future. It is suitable for all types of pump/motor fitted to wells, bore wells, Sumps(Ground Tank).First of its kinds in the, “PumpMitra” have Unique Features which are not available till date in any other Water-Level-Controller. 1. Advanced Sensing Technology:No need for any special metallic or other electrode, just strip the wire and it acts as electrode for years, gives freedom from polarization of electrodes in water.2. Zero-Crossing Change over: This helps in increases life of switching device many times than conventional systems. It provides Spark Free switching.3. Single systems for: (I) All type of Motors: a). Single Phase (up to 1.5HP). b). Single Phase Submersible having starter without contactor, having MCB & push-button for Start Capacitor. c). Three Phase/Single Phase Motors having starter with contactor. (ii) For situation having sump (Ground Tanks) or without it having Boring .4. Three Modes of Operation for convenience as required.a). Auto-Mode: In this mode systems works automatically according to levels.b). Manual Mode: In this mode user can switch-on the motor by mode switch.c).
