a white cement based polymer modified adhesive especially designed for intensive tile applications like marble fixing, glass tiles and mosaic on internalexternal walls or floor. usage in swimming pools and bathrooms due to its water resistant and shock resistant nature. Application Surya ™ white is recommended for the following: - glass mosaic - marble - glass blocks - glass tiles - swimming pool glass mosaic Benefits - enhances the look of glass & marble tiles - water and shock resistant - no curing required - ready to use, needs only mixing with water - excellent bond strength - flexible to climatic changes - suited for both indoors & outdoors Procedure 1. Mix surya ™ white tile adhesive and clean water thoroughly until a lump-free mortar is obtained. The adhesive is then ready for use and should be applied within 1.5-2hrs(pot-life). 2. Spread no more than 1 sq.m.at a time. Comb the adhesive to a thickness of approx. 3-6 mm with a notched trowel. 3. Tiles should be fixed on the bed within 20 minutes of adhesive application. Touch the adhesive paste on the surface by a finger & if it does not stick to fingers then scrape off the adhesive and apply a new coat. 4. Push tile firmly on the surface ensuring that no air-voids are formed behind tiles. 5. Tiles can be adjusted up to 10-15 minutes after fixing. 6. Leave adequate joints between individual wall and floor tiles unless self spacing tiles are used. 7. Clean off surplus adhesive from the tile face and between joints with a damp sponge.
