Primary uses : perma weather proof adhesive is mainly used for fixing glazed, ceramic, terracotta tiles and vitreous tiles to the walls or floors on smooth plastered or concrete surfaces. Perma weather proof adhesive is also used for fixing tiles or stone cladding on exterior walls and tiles in swimming pools and for fixing of marble tiles on any cementitious surfaces. Advantages : easy to use no wetting of tiles required before fixing no wetting of surface to be tiled makes the tiled area waterproof hold the tile even at high temperatures with stands temperatures upto 200oc packing : perma weather proof adhesive is available in 10 kg. Clean the substrates to be bonded so that they free from Dust/Rust/oil etc.2. Apply the adhesive by spreader in thin uniform layer on both the surfaces of PU/ Phenolic Foam surfaces .3. Allow to develop the tack allow an open time of 3-4 minutes. If the surface is porous apply a second coat if required & allow to dry for 3-4 minutes4. When tack is developed Press firmly & uniformly by hand, taking care that no air pockets are formed.5.
