APE- Air Try Dryer is used in many industries to dry powders, granules in pharmaceuticals, Masalas, seeds, fruits in Food & Beverages, various chemicals like dyes and pesticides in Chemical Industries and many more industries.
Air Tray Dryer is based on the process of convection drying. Hot air is used in convection drying to evaporate moisture from the object being dried. The heated air circulates around the drying chamber, drying the materials on the trays as it passes over them. To guarantee that the materials are dried at the proper rate, the temperature and humidity inside the chamber are controlled. In order to dry out the solid spread out in trays, hot air is continuously calculated inside the chamber and forced convection heating occurs.
Air Tray Dryer is double-walled construction with glass wool insulation and fitted with ‘U’ tube heaters. The Unit is provided with air-inlet, air filter, adjustable air outlet, self-locking insulated door. Air is passed through totally enclosed type strip heaters and is circulated in the dryer by the means of fan fitted on the side of the Tray Dryer by suitable electric motor. The temperature is controlled by means of thermostat and unit is supplied completely with electrical panel box having indicating lamps, temperature indicator relay, motor, contactor etc. The trolley can be supplied as per customer’s requirements. The unit can also be supplied with steam heating system.
