We are offering sterile manufacturing vessel. It is made as per who & us fda standards to manufacture sterile solutions. This is a completely closed vessel with agitator mounted on top dome. The vessel will be available with different accessories for different applications i.e. Standard stirrermagnetic stirrer as required by the customers.

We are offering sterile filteration equipment. It is made out of ss 316 quality sheet and specially designed to be used for sterile solution. Silicon 'o' ring is also fitted to obtain tight seal complete with top cover and wing nuts. A long pipe is fitted on the outlet nozzle to draw out all the liquid. An inlet nozzle is also fitted to allow pressurised air. The vessel is fitted with safety valve and two handles. The vessel is argon arc welded and mirror polished.

We are offering pure steam generators. Indo german pure steam generator is used to produce pyrogen free sterile steam for sterilization. It meets the ipbp, usp, us fda standards and is used for sterilization in fermentors, reactors, pipelines & autoclaves. It is also used for humidification of sterile area.

We are offering frame type filter press. Indo german plate & frame type filter press is designed for filteration and clarification of pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food and bewerage industries.

We are offering multi column distillation plant. Indo german multi column distillation plant is based on finn aqua design and it produces pyrogen free sterile water (w. F. I.) which meets the requirement of indian, british & united states pharmacopoeia. It is available from 50 ltrshr (lab model) to 3000 ltrshr. The wfi produced by these plants is quite economical due to low maintenance and low operational cost.

We are offering fully automatic untouched process for manufacturing syrup, antacid and other liquid formulations.

We are offering fluid bed dryer. It is suitable for free flowing of granular powdered material. All contact parts will be made out of ss 316 quality and non-contact parts will be of ss 304 quality.
