Semi Auto flute laminator is suitable for pasting of paper board with paper board of 300 gsm & pasting of paper board of 150-600 gsm with two ply corrugated paper of ABCDE flutes. Features : Semi-Automatic Flute Laminator uses vacuum-sucking paper conveying type for the bottom paper and top paper is fed manually by hand while the operator is standing at the side of the machine. This type of design has the features of easy operation and maintenance. The core designed rubber roller together with knurled steel roller enhances the evenness of gluing, strength of stickness as well as lowering the production cost. Balance-tested rollers, tight assembling technique makes the machine runs quite stable. The machine adopts automatic glue supply and recyclable glue circulating system. Top or bottom sheet detectors are installed on the machine and the machines will automatically stop while shortage of sheets-either top or bottom one is detected. All materials are inspected according to ISO-9001 standard and the key parts such as gear and bearing are imported. The bottom sheet for this machine can be A, B, C, D, E, F flute corrugated sheet.
