Both temperature and timer readouts simultaneously displayed. Ehs series models incorporates an auto ramping cycle to avoid current surges due to sudden switching of full power and built in demagnetizing unit, to solve the problems of attracting microscopic iron particles caused by residual magnetism. This cycle is automatically performed at the end of each heating cycle. Also an audio alarm after heating and demagnetizing cycle is completely over with auto cutoff facility. The induction heater equipped with height adjustable type bearing resting devices which is capable to control the heating of bearings uniformly.

It can heat a typical bearing of 13 kg. to 100oC in 3 minutes. HIB-02 consists of the main body Induction Heater and a separate handheld HIB Control Box.
