These are manufactured in four series viz. precision (p), general purpose (gp) and low cost (lc) depending on accuracies of 0.25 %, 0.5%, 1% respectively. Because of their stainless steel construction (including wetted parts), these sensors are industrially rugged and highly reliable. These units measure a range of pressure from -1 kgcm2 to 1000 kgcm2. Pressure transducer are available in four different accuracies with temperature ranges from 0 to 80 deg c. The compact size makes them light weight and adaptable to be accumulated in locations where space restrictions pose problem. Being strain gage based, they are suitable for dynamic pressure monitoring, in addition to the conventional static pressure monitoring. The pressure transducer have wide application in process industries such as chemical and petrochemical, food, fertilizers, steel and cement plants, flow measurements, depth sensing and level measurements.

The Series 672 Low Pressure Transducer is a perfect solution to any application where a very accurate low pressure transducer is necessary. Using variable capacitance technology, the Series 672 is designed to measure pressures as low as 10" w.c. up to 400" w.c., very low ranges for a single connection pressure transducer. The 672 also features a 0.25% F.S. accuracy. Use the Series 672 in liquid level, flood warning, waste water, clean room, and open channel flow applications.

The PT460E Series transducer is a ±0.5% sensor ideal for melt pressure applications requiring simple installation, repeatability and reliability. The PT460E transducers provide the industry standard 3.33 mVV signal designed to work with most pressure indicators. The PT460E comes equipped with a six pin bendix connector. Optional thermocouple or RTD configurations are available to provide melt temperature. The PT460E features a 12-20 UNF thread for installation in standard transducer mounting holes and can be supplied with a variety of other electrical connections if desired.
