RD Vibrating Feeder is a kind of linear direction feeding equipment. It is generally installed in front of the primary crusher, conveys big blocks continuously and evenly while removing the dirt and impurities by screen bars.

SINGH Horizontal PAN Vibro Feeders are designed for regulating the feed rate to the Crusher by separating the materials for sizing, removing the unwanted and by passing the smaller for the Crushers so as to maximize the Crushing capacity. SINGH PAN Vibro Feeders come in lower profile and are longer in length. The Vibrating unit consists of two balanced, counter Rotating Shafts. They generate an elliptical motion throwing the materials upwards and forward with continuous turning actions. The timing gears are adjustable to control the direction of the throw and the concentration of Vibrating action. SINGH Horizontal PAN Vibro Feeders are also available with unbalanced Vibratory Motors and Electrical Motors.

  TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS :   VIBRATING FEEDER :   The vibrating  action of the feeder conveys material while separating  loose fines. This  provides smooth, controlled feed rates to maximize capacity of the plant. The fines drop to the bottom of the  feed material and are passed through  the grizzly section.  Gizzly bars are tapered to improve  scalping action. Bar spacing  is adjusted for controlled  fines removal. Heavy duty spring suspension provides protection and cushioning impact and vibration .
