The PI - 100 D series is a compact sized Process Indicator, designed to accept input from any two wire or four wire Transmitter. It has a seven segment, ½”, bright LED Display to read the Process Value in terms of Engineering Units or percent as is desired. These instruments accepts, 4 to 20 mA DC signal and generates the power from the signal it self. No external power or battery is required.The loop powered indicators are available in flame proof, weather proof, general purpose housing with wall mounting, panal mounting & 2" pipe mounting types. The CMRS certificates as per IS 2148 for flame proof versions are also available with the instrument. The state-of-the art of technology to display the parameter with high accuracy & linearity & low temp.Drift is employed. The range & decimal point are selectable on site with the help of DIP switch. Zero, span trimpots are accessible from outside for ON - line calibration for flame proof versions. Hence, This belt loading monitor plays an important roll of ensuring the belt is running with the load and water is sprayed when the conveyor is running in loaded condition of the Belt.     Operation :   The extension stand of belt Loading Monitor is mounted in inclined position to the action of the spring. So that Rubber Roller remain upward & the proximity switch remain OFF. When the Belt is started with Load (material), The belt will press the Rubber Roller downward thereby lifting the Mechanical Flag in front of proxirnity switch. Than Proximity switch gives the signal that can be used as a sense of Belt Loading condition. This detection of the Roller is between 5mm to 30 mm
