Ball Washing machine consist of two washing cone assemblies. First is for primary washing and second is for final washing. Each cone consists of inner cone and outer cone. Outer cone is mounted on rigid frame. It is fixed and inner cone is held in rigid shaft, which is located in outer cone below and coupled with housing assembly. Housing assembly is specially designed to achieve rotary motion as well as up and down movement of inner cone.Due to this, gap between inner cone and outer cone can be changed as per ball sizes. Sponge lining is made for every cone (Outer surface of inner cone and inner surface of outer cone) Rotary motion is transmitted to both cone assemblies by drive motor.

R.V. Industries is established in 1984 as a small-scale industry to manufacture demagnetizers for Bajaj Auto Ltd., Pune. Subsequently variety of demagnetizers were developed and supplied to various customers like SKF Bearings, HMT Bearings, Asian Bearings, and Kinetic Engineering etc. After acquiring sufficient experience in demagnetizers we developed industrial washing machines for bearing races in 1989. First machine was supplied to SKF Bearings, Pune. During past 28 years, we developed and supplied hundreds of various types of washing machines to leading automobile, components manufacturing industries and bearing manufactures. In this process we gathered lot of experience and knowledge in the industrial washing field. List of our esteemed customers is enclosed below. Now we are in a position to clean variety of components from few grams to few hundred kilos, with stringent Millipore values up to less than 0.01mg per component. Besides, we are manufacturing material handling systems (roller conveyor, powerized roller / belt conveyors, general SPMs pick and place mechanisms etc. Recently, we have developed leak testing machines for castings (using mass flow measurement method), which have received good response from industries.
