Outer body made of 20 SWG, CRCA sheet duly powder coated. Thermal insulation provided in between the walls to prevent loss of temperature. Constant temperature oil bath is fitted with motorized stirrer  to maintain temperature at 60 °C ± 0.5 °C Oil immersion heaters are fitted to dissipate uniform heating. Temperature, speed and time are digitally indicated. Microprocessor based PID temperature controller with two  displays for set and process value. PT-100 sensor with 0.1 °C resolution on digital display. The bath can accommodate at least four test samples at a time with combined motor for each position Motor is mounted on ball bearing, driven by belts and pulleys. Supplied complete with 4 Nos test Beaker (400 ml) of Borosilicate glass with dimension as per ASTM standard. The test beakers are securely held in the bath by spring clips and are fitted with acrylic covers, dimension as per ASTM standard.   Details about Timer & Stirrer The unit is having motorized stirrer with digital RPM meter with proximity sensor to monitor the stirring speed. Stirrer rotates on its longitudinal axis at 1000 ± 50 rpm. Stirrer will be made of stainless steel as pr standard dimension given in the method. Test rod is also made of steel conforming to grade 10180 of specs A 108 BS 970 Part 1:1983-070M20 with dimension as per standard.
