We manufacture wide range of  Tray Dryer. It is a close insulated rectangular S.S. Container with one or two  main gate & Tray trolley.  The door can be explosion proof or locked with the help of spring loaded ball latches through suitable pressure. Lips of doors generally have the rubber Gaskets to stop leakages. The trays containing products are placed on moveable trolley. It is  generally use for drying powder, granule, fine granule etc. It is  work under hot air circulation through electrical heater/steam coils/ thirmic fluid coils & high speed fan  to contain the maximum moisture from base material with the low temperature for longer time to achieve the desire results. We manufacture GMP /NON GMP  Vacuum Tray Dryer  from  12-96 tray capacity in  Stainless steel grade 304, 304 L, 316, 316L, M.S. etc.Air Tray Dryers is used for the best drying reserves in conventional process. It is double walled cabinet E. H.' with one / two doors. The gap between the two walls is filled with light resin bounded fibre glass wool insulation material to avoid heat transfer. Doors are provided with gaskets to avoid air leakages from front side of the door. Stainless steel trays are placed inside the chamber.  Manufacturing Standard   We are manufacturing as per  ASME, IS, BIS, DIN Standard Codes for pressure vessels for high quality job performance. Internal Inspection & Documentation System Equipment will be internal inspected by our Q.C engineer with complete internal record of inspection & Quality Inspection documentation. Finishing & Painting All inner & outer Surface of vessel are  Prepared  as per GMP Standard where  required. All M.S. Parts will be painted with two coat of enamel paint after surface preparation & one coat of red oxide painting.
