It has easily accesible service and maintainance points through the large doors which contribute to the ease of service of the machine. Sound proof materials used are fire proof. Acoustic is detachable type and can be moved from one place to other. Acoustic frames are fitted using bolt/nuts. The Sound Level at distance of 1 meter is 75 Decibels. The Acoustic is generally powder coated, on request can be sent with only red oxide so that you can paint it as per your needs. The Inner part of the frame is filled with Glass/Rock wool and perforator sheet on it and Punched GI sheets are covered on that. Rivets are used to fix GI Sheets to Frames. The Noise level at a distance of 3 meter is 75db in free field conditions. We also manufacture acoustics for other OEM's.Accoustics done at Deepankuram ranges from 25 kva to 500 kva. The acoustic costs are based on Engine capacity, make, and place available in the site, as these factors are contribute for manufacture of acoustic.
