The HI3001 is a potentiometric sensor, utilizing four-ring technology to achieve accurate EC measurements. The four-ring technology allows for a wide range of measurement with a single probe as compared to amperometric two-pole probes that have a limited range and can suffer from polarization effects. The platinum sensors are protected by a PEI cover that can easily be removed for quick maintenance.   Internal Temperature Sensor The integrated NTC temperature sensor of the HI3001 probe is crucial for accurate EC measurements.
