SIGMA’s Oil Level Gauge / Indicators (Acrylic) are designed for measuring / indication of level of oil or other transmission liquids. The principle of operation is liquid maintaining its level by virtue of gravity. The Oil Level Gauge comprises of a solid block of transparent acrylic (oil chamber) with graduations as required. The Oil Level Gauge is connected to the storage tank through a single limb or by having two connections drawn from the chamber to the side of the tank. It also contains a vent and a drain. This is typically used for low pressure and low temperature applications.SIGMA’s Oil Level Gauge / Indicators (Glass) is rugged, compact and reliable gauge for visual indication of oil levels in small tanks. The Level Gauge consists of a toughened borosilicate gauge glass tube fitted between metallic end blocks and banjo bolts through a set of o-rings. A slotted steel guard is provided enclosing the glass guage to provide protection from accidental damage. The gauge is mounted parallel to the tank, to form a closed loop causing tank liquid to seek its level in the gauge.

Offers tubular type liquid level gauges. Suitably designed to assure positive seal with minimum compression of packing, provided with packing gland to prevent torsional stress of glass when packing nuts are tightened.

This range comprises a magnet in the float wherein the indicator rises or falls with the liquid. The float transfers this information to the indication rail that is mounted on the outside of the tube. Our range also comprises white and red indication flaps that represent air and liquid levels respectively. These are ideal to be mounted in various orientations such as the side, top or bottom of the vessel. Moreover, these are suitable for use in high pressure, high temperature, colored and corrosive liquids.

This is a direct reading level gauging device mounted parallel, along with the side of tank, as the process level fluctuates, the level in glass tube changes accordingly and gives reliable and accurate level measurement with excellent visibility. It consists of borosilicate glass tube (of 16/19/25 mm OD) housed in box type ’C’ channel section to prevent breakage. Scales are provided on the Channel to indicate level. Teflon gaskets provided for superior sealing.     Wide range of material of body/wetted parts available as per the process requirement. Max Op. Pressure vacuum to up to 6 kg/cm2, Centre to centre distances available from 300 MM to up to 3000 mm. Isolation / vent & drain valve can be provided.
