As in the case of mango, pulp is separated and seed & peel are removed in one operation.We also have a special twin pulper for mangoes which is combination of two pulpers. In one pulper coarse pulp is extracted and after passing thro' second pulper, fine pulp is prepared for convertion into juice etc. motor used in this is 15 H.P and capacity is app. 10 Tonnes hour.

Mango Pulp is prepared from selected varieties of Fresh Mango. Fully matured Mangoes are harvested, and transported to the fruit processing plant, inspected and washed. Fully Ripened Mango fruits are then washed, pulped, deseeded, centrifuged, homogenized, concentrated. The preparation process includes cutting, de-stoning, refining and packing. The refined pulp is packed in cans, hermetically sealed and retorted. Frozen pulp is pasteurized and deep-frozen in plate freezers. The process ensures that the natural flavour and aroma of the fruit is retained in the final product.

Suitable to deseed or deskin and extract pulp from fruits & vegetables like mango, litchi and tomato. It consists of two stages of pulping. First stage is for deseeding or deskinning. The pulp extracted from first stage goes into the second stage for refining. All contact parts are made of SS with optional covers in MS or SS.
