In addition to this, it is provided with a standard tools and spare parts as the accessories. Working Principle : Ghee from the settling tank is fed through the inlet placed at the top of ghee clarifier. Separation of the ghee residue from the ghee takes place in a solid wall bowl, under the influence of centrifugal force. The residue, thus separated is collected in the sludge space of the bowl and clarified ghee flows through the clarifier outlet.

Tube settlers use multiple tubular PVC channels at an angle of 60°, adjacent to each other, combined together to form a tube deck, for an increased effective settling area. The flocculated water enters the tube deck from the bottom and flows upward between them. As the water moves upwards, solids settle onto the surface area provided by the tube surface. Heavy Solids continue to slide down the tube surfaces to the collection hopper.
