MURHOPYE DRUM DRYERS are useful in drying molten material or viscous slurries to obtain dried materials.It can be used for research purpose in a laboratory or for small scale production in industries. Materials such as dyes, chemicals and foodstuff can be effectively dried on a drum dryer.
Features:
• Hard chrome plated drum rotating at 4 to 6 rpm.• Drum heated by thermic fluid & electric heaters• Feed arrangement- from a trough with applicator rolls.• Scraper blade made of spring steel/ teflon / or other suitable material. The blade angle is adjustable for effective removal of dried material.• Drum surface temperature is measured and controlled using thermocouple and a PID controller mounted on the panel.• Drive and transmission: Induction motor & speed reduction using gear train / sprockets.• Collection tray is provided to receive material discharged from the dryer.
Models: Available in various drum sizes and variety of applicators. Double drum dryers can also be offered. Custom designed, steam heated dryers can be offered.
