Tejpatta or Tejpaat is a leaf of a tree. Thou its found in various part of the Country but the most aromatic leaves are found in north-east. Tejpatta is almost a must in every cooking. Mostly it is used as leaf but almost all formulated spices contain Tejpatta Powder.
