The design and quality of all the products we offer are stringently checked and monitored at each stage to ensure that the final product meets is on par with industrial standards.   Details : To design a system to simulate few years of aircraft fatigue induced by changes in altitude. The system was required to pressurize and depressurize all voids within the aircraft and be accurate to within 0.1psi at all stages of the operation. A very high level of safety was required, to prevent any potential damage to an aircraft through over pressure. The input control signal would be sent via a PLC and the operation would be recorded.

HYDRAULIC RAM TEST SETUP DESCRIPTION:- The Set-up is designed to study the Hydraulic Ram. Hydraulic RAM is used for pump little quantity of water to high head from a large quantity of water available at low head. It works on a principle of water hammer stating that “When flowing water is suddenly stopped in a long pipe a pressure wave travels along the pipe creating an effect of water hammer”. The Set-up consists of a pipe section fitted with a pulse valve and non-return valve, a supply reservoir on a stand which is connected to an overhead tank, an air vessel above the valve chamber smoothes cyclic fluctuations from the Ram delivery. Different pressure may be applied to the pulse valve to change the closing pressure and hence the operating characteristic. The flow rate of useful and waste water is measured using measuring tank and stop watch provided. Pressure and Vacuum Gauge are connected on delivery and suction side for the purpose of measurement. We design the pelton wheel turbine test rig as per the set scientific principles and used to check the impulse water turbine named in honor of sir l.a. Pelton (1829- 1908) of california, usa. It is a tangential flow impulse turbine. The water strikes the buckets along the tangent of the runner. The energy available at the inlet of the turbine is only kinetic energy. The pressure at the inlet and outlet of the turbine is atmospheric. This turbine is used for high heads. the present set-up consists of a runner. The buckets are mounted on the runner. The water is fed to the turbine, through ss nozzle with a ss spear, by means of centrifugal pump, tangentially to the runner. Row of water into turbine is regulated by adjusting the spear position by the help of a given hand wheel. The runner is directly mounted on one end of a central ss shaft and other end is connected to a brake arrangement. The circular window of the turbine casing is provided with a transparent acrylic sheet for observation of flow on to the buckets. This runner assembly is supported by rigid ms structure. Load is applied to the turbine with the help of this brake dynamometer so that the efficiency of the turbine can be calculated. The batteries can power an inverter of suitable capacity. Typically a 1  Kwp  SPV array can generate 5500  Whrs ( 5.5  Unit of DC  electricity ) @  STC.  Part of this can be used the motor ( say 1 unit ). The remaining energy can be used to charge the batteries ( 5.5 Uits –1 Units = 4.5 Unit )         The Different Components of Our Spv Water Pumping System is :  Inverter - (Only for AC SPV pumping system) The inverter is designed  to optimized the operation of an induction motor with SPV array. The power circuitry is based to MOS FET technology. The Software included in the inverter has the following features. The V/f control ensure the motor to operate at constant torque. The MPPT feature ensures maximum power from the array to be transferred to the load. The above two features optimizes the operation of the pump during the various insulation levels of the sum. The discharge is indirect proportion to Sun intensity. The electronics help the AC Submersible motor pump to work in low intensities when DC pump set cannot work. The overall discharge in a day of solar powered   AC submersible pump exceeds a solar powered DC pump because of  the above two features. AC Submersible Motor & Pumpset : The pump set is suitable for 100 mm dia bore wells. The pump is multistage with high efficiency impeller a vane assembly. The motor is proven and rugged construction.
